New search capabilities and updated interface added to GoFileRoom

DEXTER, Mich, January 11, 2012—The Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters today announced a series of new capabilities in the latest release of its GoFileRoom® online document management and workflow software.

The new enhancements are available now and include an updated interface with a fresh look and feel in the search function. The release also features improved TaxSort tax form identification capabilities and improved support for Adobe® PDF digital signature functionality.

Specific improvements in the new release include:

• A new Enhanced Search function that allows users to search for documents that contain blank index values, to search for multiple documents at once, to search multiple drawers simultaneously, and more.
• Improvements to the TaxSort® features that identify tax forms, including customizable bookmark categories and additional menu options for Adobe PDF files that are stored in GoFileRoom.
• FirmFlow™ enhancements, including the ability to search for FirmFlow notes and attachments in FirmFlow reports and the ability to perform bulk updates on Partner In Charge, workflow step routing assignments, information fields, and deliverable due dates.
• Support for digital signatures in Adobe PDF documents, including the ability to add digital signatures to documents stored in GoFileRoom.
