Engagement CS Known Issue: Thomson Reuters has been very upfront and concerned with this issue. Thomson Reuters has recently discovered an issue that may cause documents, review notes and signoffs to not be saved properly when multiple staff are working in different engagements in a multi-staff enabled client. This is only an issue if multiple staff are working in different engagements in the same client. To ensure that data is saved properly, each staff member should click on each engagement in the tree view before exiting the client. Thomson Reuters is currently testing an update and it is tentatively schedule to be released next week. | ||||||||||||||||||
